JNR stands for “Journey Network Review,” but it carries a deeper meaning. It’s named after “Junior” a beloved brother whose memory continues to inspire every line of code, every feature, and every connection made through this platform.
When we lost Junior, we didn’t just lose a family member. We lost someone who understood that the automotive industry runs on relationships, trust, and people helping people get from point A to point B literally and figuratively.
Born from Real Experience
As trade plate drivers, we’ve all been there. You’ve just delivered a vehicle hundreds of miles from home, and you’re facing that expensive, lonely journey back. Public transport that doesn’t connect properly. Overnight stays that eat into your profits. The frustration of knowing there’s probably another driver making the same journey, but no way to connect.
We lived this problem every single day. During the Covid-19 pandemic, when the automotive industry faced unprecedented challenges, we saw how crucial efficient vehicle logistics became. We witnessed drivers struggling more than ever, costs spiraling, and time being wasted on journeys that could be shared.
That’s when Junior’s memory sparked an idea: What if we could create a network where trade plate drivers could find each other, share journeys, and build a community of trust?
