3. Service Description

Our platform connects drivers offering rides with passengers seeking transportation. We facilitate these connections but are not a transportation provider ourselves.

4. User Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years old
• Hold a valid driving licence (for drivers)
• Have appropriate insurance coverage
• Provide accurate and truthful information

5. Insurance Requirements

5.1 Driver Insurance Requirements

• Valid motor insurance covering social, domestic, and pleasure use
• Business use coverage if using vehicle for commercial purposes
• Passenger liability coverage for carrying paying passengers
• Current MOT certificate (where applicable)
• Valid road tax

5.2 Insurance Responsibility

• Users are solely responsible for maintaining adequate insurance
• JNR Global LTD is not liable for insurance gaps or claims
• Users must ensure their insurance covers lift sharing activities

6. Vehicle Safety Requirements

• Have a valid MOT certificate (where required)
• Be roadworthy and safe for passenger transport
• Meet all legal requirements for road use
• Be properly maintained and serviced

7. User Responsibilities

7.1 Driver Responsibilities

• Maintain valid driving licence and insurance
• Ensure vehicle safety and roadworthiness
• Drive safely and follow all traffic laws
• Treat passengers with respect and courtesy
• Provide accurate journey information
• Cancel rides promptly if unable to complete

7.2 Passenger Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup/drop-off information
• Be punctual for arranged pickups
• Treat drivers and other passengers respectfully
• Pay agreed fees promptly
• Follow vehicle safety rules (seatbelts, etc.)

8. Prohibited Activities

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Discriminate against other users
• Share false or misleading information
• Use vehicles without proper insurance
• Transport dangerous or illegal items
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Create multiple accounts
• Use the platform if under 18

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Inadequate or expired insurance
• Unsafe driving practices
• Fraudulent activity
• Harassment or discrimination
• Failure to maintain vehicle safety standards

10. Payment and Fees

• Passengers pay drivers directly through our platform
• We may charge service fees for platform use
• All payments are subject to our payment processing terms
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy

11. Liability and Disclaimers

11.1 Platform Liability

• JNR Global LTD acts as an intermediary only
• We are not responsible for the actions of drivers or passengers
• We do not guarantee the safety, reliability, or quality of rides
• Users participate at their own risk

11.2 Insurance Claims

• All insurance claims must be handled directly with insurance providers
• We are not party to any insurance arrangements between users
• Users indemnify JNR Global LTD against insurance-related claims

12. Data Protection

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform belong to JNR Global LTD or our licensors.

14. Dispute Resolution

• Users should first attempt to resolve disputes directly
• Unresolved disputes may be reported through our platform
• Serious safety concerns will result in immediate investigation
• Legal disputes are subject to UK jurisdiction

15. Platform Modifications
